Elevation: 450
Habitat/Microhabitat: Foothills of the Andes near the Colombian border. Lowland forest on clay soils, most from top of quartzite escarpment.
Additional data: Tree 10-15 m tall, growing directly out of cliff at top of 100-m escarpment. Fruits green and brown.
