Description: Uses: Melífera (néctar) y para leña (Arellano et al. 2003:524). Medicinal (includes insect repelents), animal forage (includes plants used by bees) (Balick et al. 2000:146). Boil leaves in water with leaves of other species, bathe for viento or aire (Comerford 1990:335). Common Names: Lunche' (Arellano et al. 2003:524). Anal, anal hembra, anal-xiv, billy webb, hierba, hog bush, ix-anal, ix-anal-xiv, ix ka non, siempre viva, wild skanan (Balick et al. 2000:146). Chäk k'änan (Comerford 1990:335). Image Notes: Seed: Spherical to ovoid, distinct longitudinal ribbed striations, surface speckled, hemispherically dehiscent, slight protuberances at apex, indentation at hilum, two dehiscent, 3.0 mm diameter.
