Description: Uses: Bee plant, occasionally cut for poles (Anderson et al. 2003:209-210). En medicina las hojas para tratar el asma, tisis [Roys, 1931]; melífera (Arellano et al. 2003:449). Taken internally and employed as a bath, to cure phthisis and asthma (Roys 1931:305). Common Names: Sak loob, loob (Anderson et al. 2003:209). Sakloob, xhilnich' [Barrera, 1976]; jiri mich, sak loob, xjil nich, xjirinich; Yagalon (Oax) (Arellano et al. 2003:449). Zac-loob (Roys 1931:305).
