Description: Uses: Ritos para orar al dios cha'ac; maderable; melífera (nectarífera) (Arellano et al. 2003:239). Foundation beams (Atran 1993:659). Construction (Balick et al. 2000:72). Boil leaves in water with those of other species, bathe for viento or aire (Comerford 1996:333). Common Names: Chaan che', chau che' [general referent to unidentified weed] (Anderson et al. 2003:133). Xi'mche' [Barrera, 1976]; morgan negro, morgao negro, i-xiim che, zapote amarillo (Arellano et al. 2003:239). Bakelac, hueso de toruga, bake'ak (Atran 1993:659). Bully hob, night perfume, perfume de la noche (Balick et al. 2000:72). Corrimiento (Comerford 1996:333).
