Medicinal, poison (Balick et al. 2000:130). Mash root, boil in water with leaves of other species, drink for diarrhea (Comerford 1990:332). Common Names: Nejmaax, neelmaax (general term for Heliotropium spp.)(Anderson et al. 2003:185, 302).
