Description: Uses: Medicine (Balick et al. 2000:176). Image Notes: Seed: 0.5-1.0 mm, square to rhombohedral with rough granular surface. Fruit: 0.5-0.7 mm thin walled capsules dehiscent along equatorial margin. Tepals persistent at peduncle with pointed protuberance at apex.
