Boil leaves in water, bathe for rheumatism (Comerford 1996:331). Common names: Oochil (standard name for anthuriums and philodendrons) (Anderson et al. 2003:188). Motusai, oochil, xoochil (Arellano et al. 2003:47). Consuelda, contra hierba, hopya, inchazon (Balick et al. 2000:172). Pega pega (Comerford 1996:331).
