Description: Uses: En medicina se considera como antipirético [Souza N., 1942); los frutos son comestibles; maderable; de la semilla se obtiene aceite, se hace jabón casero; ornamental para sombra y en huertos familiares (Arellano et al. 2003:554). Boil root in water, drink for diarrhea (Comerford 1996:335). Common names: Negrito (voucher). Pa'sak che', pa'sak', pa'saak', xpa'sak'il, xpa'saak [Barrera, 1976]; papa'ak, sak-cedro, x-pah saak, x-pasaak, pistache (Arellano et al. 2003:554). Aceituna (Chis), negrito, pajolilte (Chis), pasaque (Chis), pazaque (Chis), zopatero (Chis), [Martinez, 1979] (Arellano et al 2003:554). Aceituna, dysentery bark, negrito, pak-sak, xpazakil (Balick et al. 2000:117).
